Meditative Movement combines relaxation and slow movements of prearranged warm ups and katas to keep the body in motion and relieve stress.  This is a great class for adults and seniors that want to keep moving and reduce stress.  

 Classes are tailored to accommodate injuries or restrictions.  Let the instructor know of these prior to signing up for classes.
