Meditative movement is a low impact low intensity class focusing on balance and breathing.  We perform light stretching and range of motion movements and some slow motion prearranged karate forms. 
We work on balance and stress relief.  This class is great for adults and seniors that want to relieve stress or have physical restrictions.  You will not be asked to go outside of your abilities or comfort zone in these classes.
